The Cottage
Newly equipped and furnished in the early part of 2008, Combe Farm Cottage is a luxury self contained holiday cottage which forms the west wing of Combe Farmhouse, a beautiful 14th Century traditional thatched Devon farmhouse.
Accommodation is for up to six people (excluding cots) with full central heating and includes:
- Parking is available for up to 3 cars
- Breakfast kitchen. Newly fitted pine kitchen with granite worktop, table and chairs, breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and washing machine.
- Bathroom with WC, sink, bath and shower
- Underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom
- Lounge- spacious and light with large comfortable sofa, additional sofa bed, wood burning stove, Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD and Video player, Books, DVD’s and Videos.
- Bedroom 1 with pine bunk beds (this can be converted to a single bed on request), chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 3 with kingsize bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and chest of drawers (at extra cost and subject to availability-) for 2 or 3 bed prices click here
- Your own outside seating area with patio furniture and BBQ which offers beautiful countryside views whichever direction you look in a tranquil, safe setting. Additional seating scattered round the gardens to allow you to ‘pick your favourite spot’ or watch the children play.
- All are welcome to make use of the expanse of lawned garden to the rear of the cottage, which leads to a public footpath up to the village or for exploring the surrounding countryside.
- Use of outdoor heated swimming pool and patio furniture including additional table and chairs, recliners and inflatables. Note the swimming pool has gated access for safety (which for families with younger children can be padlocked if desired).
